Great little Seattle crash-pad! rnrnRoomy little place just south of Seattle. Beds are nice, sheets and pillows are provided with closet space for uniforms and such. 4 beds per room, one room upstairs one on the main floor. The house has a great little space to kill time watching movies. Nice couch, awesome TV setup with Netflix, Hulu, and every movie you could possibly think of. rnrnLocated very close, about a five min walk, to Safeway and the LightLink to the airport, no car needed for those like me from out of town. All in all about a 30 minute commute from out the door to in the crew room. There are different rates depending on how many nights you stay per month, but even still it is one of the most reasonable pads available that I could find with so many amenities.rnrnCasey is super nice, easy to get along with, and keeps the house very nice, nothing crazy in terms of rules but reasonable requests.rnrnOverall a great spot! Would definitely recommend.
In honesty it is a clean crash pad and very close to the light rail. Safe neighborhood to go walking around in. That's all.rnrnHowever, if your company doesn't give advanced notice on base transfers, you will lose your deposit. They claim no refunds, and deposit will be applied to last months rent. I've never heard of a company giving official transfers more than 1 month out, so you wont be able to use your deposit towards last months rent (since you'll get the transfer award after you've already paid) and he wont offer any refunds. So be careful, you'll probably lose out on your money without you knowing.rnrnTheres also only 1 shower, and he's trying to squeeze in 8 tenants (plus 2 landlords). They dont work in the airline industry, so he doesnt understand how to cater to airline staff or our schedules. Loud music in the mornings, marijuana in the back yard, not enough room for our bags let alone for 4 people in a room. I'd look for somewhere else with more experience and understanding.
I have been at this crashpad for less than a week and it's already the nicest and best crashpads I have ever lived at. Not only is the location great(it's an easy walk to the light rail and a short ride to the airport or downtown Seattle), but Casey is easily the nicest and welcoming owners I have ever met. Everything is provided; towels, soaps and shampoos, laundry supplies, and bedding. I can't say enough wonderful things about this amazing crashpad!!
